It doesn’t matter how athletically talented you are when you’re losing power and grip to subpar insoles. But with 14% higher ‘energy return’ and 17% more cushioning than the average aftermarket alternative, Blumaka’s super stable, super grippy, and super comfortable ‘NonSlip’ technology give you a scientifically proven edge whether you’re busting out reps on the training field or putting it all on the line for a championship.
The Secret: Our unique top cover with patented "NonSlip" technology will stop your foot from slipping inside your shoe, increasing your speed, traction and control, and reducing your risk of injury.

Three Levels of Arch Support:Â Choose from three levels of arch support tailored to improve alignment, manage pronation and supination, and ensure even pressure distribution for a more comfortable stride.
Which Arch Support Is Right For Me?
Blumaka’s insoles come in three arch support options:
- Contoured Arch:Â For low or "normal" arches, promoting a natural gait and biomechanics.
- Medium Arch:Â For average arch heights, balancing support and comfort, aiding with pain relief and plantar fasciitis.
- High Arch:Â For high arches, offering additional support and cushioning to reduce strain and prevent or relieve plantar fasciitis.
Be aware that there are two types of flatfoot: "Flexible flatfoot" are arches that are normal when they are sitting or on their tiptoes, but collapse when they stand. With "rigid flatfoot", the arch of the foot remains flattened despite the foot's position. A flexible flatfoot usually requires a high arch support, whereas a rigid flatfoot requires a medium arch support. All of Blumaka’s insoles provide options for high, medium, and low arch support.
